Building AI systems
for the warehouse floor.
5+ years leading end-to-end Warehouse Management Systems delivery. 15+ years in supply-chain technology. Currently shipping multi-agent AI inside warehouse operations.
About
I run the lifecycle, not just the launch.
I'm a Product Manager focused on end-to-end Warehouse Management Systems delivery — from business requirements and technical specifications through configuration, UAT, cutover, go-live, and the post-implementation stabilization work that actually moves the operational numbers.
Today at FoodsUp, I lead the WMS web-to-native-mobile transformation across multi-site warehouses — picking & put-away efficiency up 35%, redesigned route-optimized picking workflow up 30% productivity and down 20% labor cost. I also shipped WarehouseIQ, a multi-agent AI layer on top of our Tableau/Metabase KPI stack monitoring inbound, outbound, inventory, labor, and cost in real time.
Before that, at S.F. Express, I built a parcel-locker network end-to-end from 0 to 1 — the business model, locker hardware, and the upstream conveyor systems, cross-belt sorters, put-to-light sorting walls, and scanner workflows that fed it, plus the WMS layer orchestrating it all. Scaled to 10M+ parcels per year.
Alongside the day job, I work as an AI Product Builder — designing responsible-AI systems that lift operational efficiency at the warehouse floor, and building agentic substrates for product teams to work with.
